Decorated in white slip on a blue ground with ‘Cupid’ dancing with his arrow within a gilt cartouche border, the pierced fretwork rim within flowerhead and diaper bands, partially signed with letter "A" in slip, impressed and printed "MINTONS," faint year cypher, pattern "G6436," and retailer’s mark for Cilman Collamore & Co., New York. Diameter 9 ½ inches. Together with a Dresden porcelain blue-ground bud vase, A. Lamm, after 1887, reserved with gilt roundels of dancing couples and floral sprays, printed lamb above "Dresden" in blue enamel. Height 7 ¼ inches. (2)
