The cup painted with two views of Christ on the Cross within scrolling flowering vinery, a plaque above inscribed “INRI,” artemisia leaf in underglaze-blue, height 3 inches; the plate painted with a boy dancing on a veranda before a large flower vase, the rim with alternating Buddhist emblems and lotus roundels, the reverse of the rim with three different flowering sprigs, diameter 8 ¾ inches.
