Built at Greenock in 1854 as the “Robert Lowe,” the Iron Cross was converted from a steamship to a fully rigged ship in the early 1870s. She was lost on a voyage to Melbourne in 1891. Oil on canvas, 18 ¼ x 24 ¼ inches.
