Each dipped in brown slip and turned through the slip to create vertical white bands, the quart mug surrounded by a vine and rouletted slip-filled checkered border, the handle with crisply molded large leafy terminals; the handle on the second mug with leafy terminals. Heights 5 ⅞ and 4 ¾ inches.
