Browning (1769-1836) was the father of Abraham Browning, Jr. who served as New Jersey’s Attorney General from 1845-50. Comprising two books of mathematical tables, problems and solutions bound in marbleized covers, 108 and 132 pp. Together with a school award ribbon and two valentines addressed to Abraham and Ellie Browning. Housed in a custom made buckram box, 13 ½ x 8 ¾ inches. (5)
